LOURMARIN - A lovely stone house set up the hill

PROVENCE, Vaucluse, a 4-min-drive from one of France's most beautiful listed villages, and 40 min from Aix en Provence, this beautiful Provencal house set at the foot of the Luberon overlooks the village of Lourmarin and is surrounded by greenery.

My opinion: as you drive along the path leading to the house, you'll already enjoy the Luberon Regional Park. You're in the heart of this magnificent region of Provence, where the peace and quiet, the scents of the garrigue and the quality of life are unequalled.
On site, a haven of peace shows up, plenty of time for sharing time and local food and wine on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

18th-century Provencal house, sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, 210 m² of living space, private swimming pool on two hectares of landscaped grounds.

The entrance is lined with jasmine flowers and the scents of Provence.
The inside has been carefully decorated by the owners, shopping in local art galleries to add a touch of originality, enhanced by the natural light and the lovely air of Provence .
The living room is made of white for sobriety, bright colors are cheerful and eye-catching, offering the feeling of escape and intimacy at the same time.
The fitted kitchen next to the dining room, both opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool,
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: the Master bedroom has a pleasant shower room and a lovely decor, a must-see!
The 2nd bedroom is a twin bedroom ( 90X200), but may also be turned into a double on your request.
The second floor includes the third double bedroom with its private bathroom and the nice "tropézienne" terrace.

Parking: private parking on the property
Land: 2 hectares planted with olive trees, fruit trees, lavender, cipress and Mediterranean plants.
The pool: secured by a European-standard alarm. Dimensions: 12mx6m. Depth. 1m40 / 2.00m
