The agency fees will be charged to the seller or the buyer, according to the mandate conditions.
They will be calculated as follows: 5% VAT included
- On the net selling price if they are paid by the buyer
- On the public price if they are charged to the seller
Estimation of value: 150 euros VAT after signed estimate
The fees are 15% excluding VAT
The owners remain responsible for the conciergerie
No reception or funds holding
