My appreciation :
Posted in the middle of a preserved nature, this Mas offers a family character, it can accommodate up to 15 people. The calmness dominates and the atmosphere around the vines provides a resourcing effect, your children will enjoy the large spaces all around. Its interior setting is ideal for your family holidays.

On the first floor:
The living room enjoys a beautiful high ceiling with old beams, which is charmful. It includes a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a majestic fireplace.
A large table with chairs next to the kitchen welcomes large groups.
The kitchen: Provençal style, it is well equipped to offer you a wonderful experience in local gastronomy, here we go to the market and we prepare Provençal meals based on vegetables from local producers.
Separate WC with sink and closet.
Laundry room: washing machine, cupboards.
CH1 : a double bed in 160X200, access to the outside. Private shower room: shower, towel dryer, sink, illuminated mirror, integrated WC.

On the 1st floor: Access to the parking behind the Mas (easy to drop your bags)

CH7: a dormitory (7 pl.), for your children consisting of two double beds, 3 single beds, cupboards, shelves.

The outdoor:
Land: 1.2 hectares flat, the garden is landscaped and planted with olive trees, various Mediterranean species.
Parking: behind the Mas for several cars
Terrace: the space in front of the Mas on the south side is probably a place for living and festive meals in summer: garden furniture, a large table with benches for your meals, a barbecue electr/plancha.
Swimming pool: heated and secured by approved sound alarm, about 50m from the house. Dimensions: 12m x 6m, depth 110/2.5m, secured by an alarm.

SITUATION AND DISTANCES
The property is located in the countryside, about 5 km from the center of the village of La Tour d'Aigues, which is surrounded by vast cultivated plains and vineyards that produce a famous wine. The village is also in close proximity to the Bouches-du-Rh%C3%B4ne department and 15 minutes from Lourmarin, a village to be discovered absolutely, lined with cafes, ice cream shops, restaurants and art galleries, it nestles at the foot of the Luberon, a mountain of contrasts and light. The beautiful Provencal village of La Tour d'Aigues is alive almost all year round and has all the necessary shops. Access to the motorways is easy.
