PROVENCE, on the outskirts of the village of Rognes, between Aix en Provence and the Luberon National park, this charming Provencal villa of 190 sqm enjoys a unique location, overlooking the vineyards. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The landscaped grounds include a 14mx6m swimming pool.

My appreciation: the location on the hillside and its dominating view over the valley offers magic moments to guests during the summer in Provence.

The dining room, the sliding doors lead to the vast outside terrace.
The fitted kitchen comprises gas stove (5 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.
Bedroom 1 : (30m2), king size bed 160X200, bathroom with shower, sink, dressing room. Outside access through the window door.

On the first floor :

Bedroom 2: (30m2), king size bed 160X200 with its "tropézienne" terrace.
Bedroom 3: (approx. 35m2). king size bed 180X200 (or 2X90 on request). This room overlooking the staircase offers an intimacy thanks to its layout.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink.

The outside :
Land: 1.5 hectares planted with trees and Mediterranean plants
Parking : in front of the house, on the property.
Magnificent outdoor terrace (100m2) : partially covered for its dining area. It is a very pleasant place offering views over the countryside. It has a Weber gas barbecue and plancha.
The outdoor lounge invites you for a drink, facing the vineyards.
the pool: located down the house, and surrounded by a natural stone beach. It has deckchairs, umbrellas and garden furniture for an aperitif. You feel very confortable overhere.

Rognes is a nice old village located between Salon de Provence and Aix en Provence, not far from the banks of the Durance river.
The house is located about 4 km from the center of Rognes, in the direction of Lourmarin in Vaucluse. All shops and restaurants in town. Easy access to the highways and to the typical villages to discover in Provence.
