The dining room : it is the main room, with its bleached beams, it offers a beautiful natural light, it has a dining table, a sofa and storage furniture. The French window opens onto the terrace south side.
The living room is cozy and comfortable with its blue/white sofa facing the fireplace, a coffee table, flat screen TV, bookshelves.
Kitchen: modern, offering a complete equipment: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.

1st floor:
CH1: a 180X200 bed, bedside tables and lamps, cupboards, a small desk.
Bathroom: A bathtub, a shower, a washbasin, integrated WC, towel dryer.
CH2 : one bed 180x200, bedside tables and lamps, cupboards.

The living room comprises the sitting room with a sofa, coffee tables, armchair and a wood stove and a modern kitchen fully equipped with electric plates, oven, Nespresso machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. Dining table for 4 persons.

The outdoor:
Land : flat, with trees and flowers
Terrace : shaded. It is the ideal place to have your meals on its large rectangular table and a smaller round one. Weber gas barbecue.
At the corner, the cosy and comfortable sofa to take a nap.
Parking: on the property, for about 3 cars
Swimming pool: secured by an automatic shutter, size 14m x 6m, depth 1m20-1m80.
The beaches invite you to relax with its nice garden furniture, parasols, sunchairs.
