PROVENCE, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, Rognes is a delightful village situated between Aix en Provence and Lourmarin, a 20-min-drive to Aix en Provence and 30 min to Avignon.

My appreciation: a lovely family home with nice Provencal accents, and a sumptuous atmosphere in its garden, the outdoor is perfectly laid out to enjoy the Provence Lifestyle.

Parking : up to 4 cars.
Terrace 1: covered, it has comfortable armchairs facing the pool, ideal place for your aperitifs.
Terrace 2: shaded, in front of the entrance on the parking side, it has a table for 8/10 persons, a plancha, a sofa, armchairs, 2 wooden tables.
Swimming pool: dimensions: 11m x 5m, depth: 1m - 2m, secured by a sound alarm. 8 deckchairs are at your disposal around the pool.
