PROVENCE, situated between Avignon and Aix en Provence, in the heart of the Luberon Regional park, the Provençale Bergerie is located in an environment enjoying a superb 360° view.
My appreciation :
In the middle of its 2.5 hectare park, this Bergerie immediately shows its character and offers the original beauty of Provence. The calmness dominates and the atmosphere guarantees a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. The large outdoor area brings happiness to everyone, its outside layout is ideal for your holidays.

On the ground floor :
Bright and characterful entrance hall, with a nice stone wall. The iron staircase is part of that beautiful entrance.
Independent WC
The charmful living room enjoys high ceilings with natural beams. It includes two large sofas , a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a bluetooth speaker and a stone fireplace.
The bay window leads you to the outdoor terrace to the south, facing the pool.
The fitted kitchen: very modern, it offers all the comfort required for a successful experience in local gastronomy .

On the 1st floor: partial air-conditioning
CH1: air conditioned, a double bed 160x200, closet and desk. Private shower room with sink and WC.
CH2 : a comfortable 160X200 sofa bed, closet and desk, and including a pinball machine (Gottlieb Charlie's Angels) .
Private shower room with washbasin and integrated WC.

CH3: air conditioned, a double bed 160x200, closet and desk. Private shower room with sink and WC.

The outdoor:
Land: 2.5 flat hectares, including a mature olive grove in organic farming, 80 specimens of aglandau emblematic of Provence, fruit trees and various Mediterranean species.
Parking : Box in front of the house, partially covered .
Terrace: a ravishing terrace comprising nice garden furniture, like a sofa, table and a barbecue (Broil King).
Terrain de boules: lighted (boules at your disposal).
Swimming pool: dimensions: 12m x 6m, depth 120/2m, secured by a sound alarm, access by stairs.

SITUATION AND DISTANCES
That authentic Bergerie is located in the provencal countryside, without any nuisance. A 4-min drive to Cucuron and 5 min to Lourmarin, a typical provencal village at the foot of the Luberon.
The beautiful Provencal village of Cucuron offers contrasts and light all year round, its old pond located right in the center is lined with bi-centennial plane trees. The village has all amenities and gives an easy access to the highways.
