PROVENCE, between Avignon and Aix en Provence, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, the provencal stone Mas is located in an environment enjoying nice views. Its easy access to the most beautiful villages invites you to discover the life style in Provence.

My appreciation: The Mas des Fortunes has a family atmosphere, its lavender alley (in June) is a theatrical setting, you are surrounded by vineyards and facing the Luberon hills. A very peaceful summer house. It is possible to accommodate 2 extra children in the alcove bed.

On the ground floor :
Entrance (directly from the kitchen)
Equipped kitchen : a table for 4 persons, chairs, induction cooker (5 fires), hood, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, Nespresso machine.
Back kitchen: fridge-freezer, storage space, washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities. Access to the terrace, West side.
Living-dining room : air conditioning. Dining table for 8 people, chairs, two 2-seater sofas, two coffee tables, two wicker chairs, fireplace, SONOS system. Windows opening onto the poolside terrace.
Off the living room is the study with work desk, Smart TV with Netflix, armchairs, fireplace, and an alcove bed ( 140x190)which is ideal as a relaxation spot or can be used for 1-2 children to sleep in. There is WiFi internet throughout. Storage space for clothes under the bookcases.
Bathroom: sink, bathtub, mirror, closet.
Separate WC.

1st floor :
Bathroom: a shower, two sinks, integrated toilet, towel storage.
Bathroom: Italian shower, washbasin, integrated WC.
A door window leads to a pleasant terrace shaded by the old oak tree. It is equipped with garden furniture.
Three staircases lead you to the night space.
Bedroom 1: air conditioning. A bed in 180X200, wardrobe, chest of drawers. View on the swimming pool, the door window leads to a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: a bed in 160X200, closet.
Bedroom 3 : 2X90 twin beds (can also be separated), small wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp. View on the surrounding countryside

Parking: secure on the property for several cars
Land : 4000 m² not closed, planted with olive trees, lavender, shrubs, flowers.
Terrace : There are 4 of them, they have the advantage of benefiting from the shade according to your desires throughout the day : To the South, on the pool side, partially shaded by a mulberry tree, along with outdoor seating spot. the dining table invites you for a good time for lunch and dinner.
To the West, partially covered with a table and a Weber gas barbecue.
To the North West, shaded terrace with two sofas and a table
To the East, on the living room side, a charming place to have coffee in the morning
Swimming pool: dimensions: 15mx6m secured with an alarm.

Location:

The property is located about 2 km from the center of Ansouis. This perched village, classified among "The most beautiful villages of France", is built in the shelter of the mistral and dominates the plain of the Durance. It is located in the south of the Vaucluse, about 30 km from Aix en Provence. Ansouis and its thousand-year-old castle face the Grand Luberon, from which the village is separated by a landscape of vineyards.
It is also the place where the films "Jean de Florette" and "Manon des sources" by Claude Berri were shot.
