Nice restored Mas to rent in Provence, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 250 m², private pool

PROVENCE, located at the foot of the Luberon, 40 minutes away from Avignon and 30 min from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, that 19th century restored Mas has a perfect location in the countryside and close to the best spots in Provence.

My opinion: the Mas Lys Blanc is a surprise upon arrival ... its nice green park decorated with olive trees, its private pool and also its tasteful elegant interior, matching wood and iron, will seduce you immediately. We feel confortable overhere!

The indoor:

On the ground floor: air conditioning
The entrance : large room with fireplace
The living room: nice and warm room with the famous "plafond à la Française", it offers a comfortable area with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee table, fireplace, flat screen TV.
Library room: providing peace time of reading, next to its old well. Baby foot.
Independent WC
Laundry room : washing machine, dryer, iron, storage space. Baby bed, high chair and stroller.
Fitted kitchen: central island with high stools, flat screen TV, Sonos speaker. It is fully equipped: induction cooker, hood, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, storage space and all cooking equipment.
Dining area: air conditioned. It comprises a wooden table for 8/10 people, chairs. Large panoramic window with an electric blackout blind.

On the 1st floor : old stone staircase : 3 double bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: a 160x200 bed, shelf, clothes rack, mosquito net and air conditioning. A shower room, sink

Land: 2400 m² flat and partially enclosed, green space planted with olive trees, cipress trees, vines, a herb garden.
Parking : for 6 cars
Terrace 1 : covered, it has comfortable armchairs facing the pool, ideal for your aperitifs. Dining area with plancha (gaz)
Terrace 2: shaded, in front of the house, it comprises a table for breakfast, garden furniture (sofa, armchairs, 2 wooden tables).
Private pool: salt water. dimensions: 14mx4m, depth: 140 cm (flat bottom), secured by an automatic shutter.
Deckchairs at your disposal around the pool.
Yoga/fitness room: equipped with a fridge
Outdoor games like Ping Pong, balls, badminton, boules de petanque are available on site.
