PROVENCE, in Aix en Provence, a stunning modern villa, located in Le Tholonet, facing the Sainte Victoire mountain, offering spectacular views.
My appreciation: a special design offering a stunning view over the Sainte Victoire, a house entirely glazed on the south side ideal for families with young children.

The indoor:
Entrance hall
Laundry room : washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and storage space
American kitchen: open to the living room, with all equipment : dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, Nespresso machine, US refrigerator, oven and microwave.
Living room & dining room : table + chairs, comfortable bench, 2 armchairs, coffee table, suspended fireplace. Overhead projector (Canal +)

Access to the the night space:
Office: A convertible sofa. Blinds semi-occulting.
CH1: A king size bed 180 x 200
Bathroom: a bathtub, an Italian shower, 2 sinks.
Independent WC.

Access to the 2nd night space from the kitchen:

TV lounge with flat screen TV, leather sofas
Play area with floor mats and many games.
CH2 (for a child): A single bed in 90 x 190 cm in mezzanine, a sofa, cupboards.
Bathroom: A shower, 1 sink.
CH3 (for a child): A single bed in 90 x 190 cm + 1 drawer bed in 90 x 190, cupboards.
CH4 (for a child): A bed in 90 x 190 cm, cupboards and dresser.
Bathroom: A shower, 2 sinks
CH5: A king size bed 180 x 200, 18th century mirror, cupboards.
Independent WC.
Bathroom: A shower, 2 basins.

The outdoor :

Land: 4200 m² (not enclosed), south-east exposure.
Parking: in front of the house, 3 places and 2 places in the garage.
The house forms an "L shape", its outdoor space offers privacy and a special atmosphere in the evening under the plane tree. A dining table for 10 persons + 2 tables for 4 persons + chairs at disposal.
Outside bathroom: A marble bathtub, a shower, a place out of time in a sublime setting.
Swimming pool : private, secured by an automatic shutter, dimensions 12.5m x 5m, depth: 90-1m60, heated by heat pump. Outdoor shower. Sunbeds and garden furniture available.
Wooden terrace with Weber gas barbecue, design armchairs, coffee table and lovely view over the Sainte Victoire mountain.
Terrain de pétanque, outdoor games for children, a tree house, table tennis.

The house is non smoking
A 2-week-stay is requested
Deposit : 2500 € (to be paid on site)
The villa is entirely glazed and does not have shutters. It has automated blinds that filter the light.
For people who are sensitive to light, it is important to know that this system does not allow a complete occultation of the rooms, especially the bedrooms.
The house is equipped with a SONOS system and Böse speakers.
Baby bed and high chair available

The house is located in Le Tholonet, 10 minutes from the center of Aix en Provence.
Le Tholonet is an ideal starting point to discover the blue and green Provence. A 25 minute drive connects the Cassis creeks and the Mediterranean Sea.
Numerous hiking trails near the property invite you for the discovery of the magnificent Sainte Victoire mountain.
