PROVENCE, Bonnieux, near Lourmarin, Gordes and the picturesque villages of Provence, the villa is nestled in the rugged landscape of the Luberon. Its plant-inspired style immediately seduces with its stunning view from the main room.

My appreciation: A great harmony between vegetation, stone and local architecture.
The natural life of the Luberon in front of you, an infinity pool offers a special atmosphere and brings much positive feelings. You'd better come and see by yourself, I can't describe it.

The main room offers a sober decoration, enhanced by the natural light. A double sofa, TV, armchairs, modern chairs, poufs, mirrors.
A small bedroom for children: a bed in 140 and a desk corner.
Equipped kitchen with central island and dining area. It includes a fridge and freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary modern equipment.
CH1 : a 180X200 bed, its large window is on the north side.
Bathroom : a large shower, a modern sink.
Laundry room : cupboards, washing machine and dryer.
CH2 : independent on the garden level (accessible from the outside, and no connection from the inside of the house) : a bed in 160X200 and private shower room with Italian shower, a basin. Shelves and storage space.

Outside :
Land: 10 000 m² not closed, in restanques with olive trees, mediterranean plants.
Parking : 3 cars in front of the house
Terrace & swimming pool: below, accessible by a row of stairs. Dining table and chairs

The house is not recommended for young children due to the large unsecured windows. This represents a danger when they are open.
